About Course
Set your tween/teen up for success! Adulting is easier when you already have the basics down. You are also more likely to make healthy food choices when you understand how the body works. Students will learn about the different food groups, what the label on foods mean, about allergies and substitutions, and how to make basic recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
