Healthy Cooking for Littles
Learning how to eat well early is a great gift for kids. The more kids know about the hows and whys of food, the more likely they are to make healthy choices and try new foods. Students will learn about the different food groups, what the label on foods mean, about allergies and substitutions, and how to make basic recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
